A spicy alternative to taco meat. Sweet when you first taste, with a heat kick at the end. Hope you like it!

Recipe Ingredients for Vegitarian Taco Stuffing

15 oz black beans, canned
11 oz sweet corn, canned
4 oz diced green chilies, canned
1/4 cup diced red onion
2 cloves garlic
3 tbsp chili powder
1 tsp cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp olive oil

Recipe Directions for Vegitarian Taco Stuffing

Sautee the red onion and garlic with olive oil. Add 1 can black beans, 1 can sweet yellow corn, 1 can diced green chilis, chili powder and cayenne pepper. Continue to cook until heated. Season with salt to taste.
