Recipe Ingredients for Vegitarian Chili

576 grams Kidney Beans, Light Red, dry, (Sunny Select)
2 small Onions
822 grams Petite Diced Tomatoes, (Sunny Select)
1 medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2-1/2" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Green
2 tbsp Chili Powder
1 tbsp Garlic Powder
5 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) Celery
46 oz V8 100% Vegetable Juice

Recipe Directions for Vegitarian Chili

  1. Saute onions, celery, and pepper in olive oil until onions are translucent.

  2. Add the V8 juice, beans and tomatoes along with seasoning.

  3. Bring to a boil then cook on med/low heat until desired tenderness is reached.
