Recipe Ingredients for vegitarian chili

4 cup Garbanzo Beans
4 cup Black Beans
4 cup Kidney Beans
4 cup Stewed - Mexican Recipe
4 cup Ready-Cut - Diced with Green Chilies
10 serving Whole Tomatoes
8 serving ortega diced green chilies fire roasted
8 tbsp Diced Jalapenos
0.5 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
2 leaves Spices Whole Bay Leaves
3 Teaspoon Chilli Powder
3 serving Ground Cumin Spice
2 tbsp Oregano, Ground
4 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) Celery
2 medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2-1/2" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Green
3 clove Garlic
4 cup Whole Kernel Corn

Recipe Directions for vegitarian chili

  1. 1.Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Stir in the onion, and season with bay leaves, cumin, oregano, and salt. Cook and stir until onion is tender, then mix in the celery, green bell peppers, jalapeno peppers, garlic, and green chile peppers. When vegetables are heated through, mix in the vegetarian burger crumbles. Reduce heat to low, cover pot, and simmer 5 minutes.

  2. 2.Mix the tomatoes into the pot. Season chili with chili powder and pepper. Stir in the kidney beans, garbanzo beans, and black beans. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to low, and simmer 45 minutes. Stir in the corn, and continue cooking 5 minutes before serving.
