1/2 cup, chopped Broccoli
1 oz Peppers
0.5 medium Squash, Summer, Zucchini, Includes Skin
1 clove Garlic
2 medium raw Carrots
0.5 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 serving Lite Mixture Salt

Recipe Directions for Vegie stir-fry

  1. chop all vegetables coarsely

  2. heat oil in frypan

  3. lightly cook garlic

  4. throw in all vegetables, cook to personal taste
