1 1/2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
5 cups cold cooked long-grain rice
3 tablespoons soy sauce

Recipe Directions for Vegie Rice

  1. Heat a wok over moderately high heat.

  2. Add oil; swirl to coat base and side.

  3. Stir-fri vegies for 4 minutes or until hot.

  4. Add rice; stir-fri for 3 minutes or until hot.

  5. Add sauce to taste.
