Vegetable sauce with Gnocchi pasta

Recipe Ingredients for Vegie Gnocchi

150 g bacon, diced
2 cloves garlic, diced
1 medium onion, diced
1 bell pepper, chopped
50 g mushrooms
10 g chilies
150 g green beans, chopped
50 g asparagus, chopped
1/2 cup red wine
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1/5 tbsp sugar
3 medium tomatoes, chopped
500 g pasta

Recipe Directions for Vegie Gnocchi

  1. Fry up pasta sauce as usual

  2. Cook gnocchi as per directions

  3. Stir pasta into sauce and serve

  4. Top with parmasan cheese.
