Recipe Ingredients for Vegie and Egg Scramble

8 ounces fresh zucchini, sliced
4 ounces mushrooms, sliced
4 ounces onions, chopped
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 cup egg whites (egg substitute)
4 ounces tomatoe

Recipe Directions for Vegie and Egg Scramble

  1. Saute zucchini, mushrooms, onion and garlic clove over medium high heat until lightly browned.

  2. Add 1 cup of egg replacer and scramble.

  3. Toss in 4 ounces of fresh chopped tomatoe.
