Ideal for Lunch and to make and freeze.

Recipe Ingredients for Vegie Bake

3 tbsp Margarine
1 cup Wheat Flour, White, Bread, Enriched
2 cup Whole Milk
500 grams Vegetables, Mixed
1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1 can (12 oz) yields Corn, Sweet, Yellow
2 cup Spinach
1 cup Diced Tomatoes In Tomato Juice

Recipe Directions for Vegie Bake

  1. Boil Pasta and Drain.

  2. Melt butter, add flour and stir until fluffy. Stir in milk until creamy.

  3. Steam/Boil Vegies and Spinach.

  4. Add all ingredients and sauce to pasta and mix together.

  5. Lay into a greased baking dish, sprinkle top with cheese.

  6. Bake at 180deg Centigrade until cheese melts.
