Recipe Ingredients for vegi udon noodle soup

14 oz Udon
2 cup, chopped Kale
1/2 cup slices Beets
8 cup (8 fl oz) Water
1 cup pieces Mushrooms
0.5 cup, chopped Onions
4 medium raw Carrots
2 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) Celery
1 serving Extra Virgin Olive Oil
3 cup Organic Chicken Broth
1 cup, chopped Broccoli
1 serving, raw Cilantro
1 cup, chopped Squash, Summer, Zucchini, Includes Skin
225 3/5 grams Tofu
4 medium (4-1/8" long) Onions, Spring Or Scallions
0.5 tsp Sea Salt

Recipe Directions for vegi udon noodle soup

3 cups water, cilantro, 1 cup carrots, blend till smooth. Saute celery onions and carrots, till onion is soft. Add blended water, chicken stalk and 6 more cups water. bring to simmer, add brocoli, beets, kale, noodles and seasoning powder. break up noodles. divide tofu into 4 bowls, poor soup over, and sprinkle with green onion. Powder and chicken broth and liquified cilantro add a lot of flavor it doesn't need much.Season to taste
