Vegi Stir Fry--high vinegar taste if you add rice vinegar and pickled garlic juice. Also, add water chestnuts yummy!

Recipe Ingredients for Vegi Stir Fry

3 carrot Carrots
2 cup (1" cubes) Eggplant
3 cup Spinach
1 head raw Bok Choy
2 small Radishes
1 medium Orange Hothouse Bell Pepper
6 pieces Pickled Garlic
0.33 cup Soy Sauce
4 1tsp Vegetable Oil, Canola
2 g Miso

Recipe Directions for Vegi Stir Fry

  1. Make electric stir fryer very hot.

  2. Put harder vegis in first; with a bit of sauce.

  3. Add softer vegis; with rest of sauce.

  4. Remember to stir and put on lid.

  5. Enjoy!
