Recipe Ingredients for Vegi Spaghetti Sauce w/Ground Turkey

3 cups celery
16 oz carrots, frozen
16 oz spinach, frozen
12 oz mushroom, sliced
1 cup onion, diced
1/4 cup garlic
1/4 cup olive oil
2 lb turkey, ground
56 oz CRUSHED TOMATOES

Recipe Directions for Vegi Spaghetti Sauce w/Ground Turkey

Cook turkey. Saute onion, garlic until soft. Add vegis. Put all in crock pot with Italian seasoning, salt and pepper to taste.
