Recipe Ingredients for Vegi Soup

1 c vegi soup mix
4 c water
50 g carrots
96 g onions
70 g celery
1/8 t salt
1 T olive oil

Recipe Directions for Vegi Soup

  1. Saute carrots, onions, and celery.

  2. Combine vegi soup mix with water and simmer about 1 hour.

  3. Add veggies, salt and pepper to taste, and olive oil.
