Recipe Ingredients for Veggy Breakfast Burrito

1/4 green bell pepper
2 tomatoes
1 cup spinach
1/4 onion
2 mushrooms
1 pinch garlic salt
4 eggs
1/4 cup Cheeses, Low Fat Mozzarella
2 whole wheat tortillas

Recipe Directions for Veggy Breakfast Burrito

  1. Saute chopped vegetables ( tomatoes, green peppers, spinach, onion, mushrooms) and then drain juice out

  2. add pinch of garlic salt and eggs and scramble

  3. melt cheese on top

  4. wrap in whole wheat tortilla
