I added a splash of HP sauce, and actually used quorn mince but it wont add it for some reason, so I used the calorific equiv of TVP.

Recipe Ingredients for Veggy bolognaise

700 grams tomatoes
130 grams carrots
2 red onions
100 grams mushrooms
4 cloves garlic
1 tsp olive
1 yellow pepper
20 grams celery
120 grams textured vegetable protein

Recipe Directions for Veggy bolognaise

  1. Fry onions in olive oil and water

  2. add other veg and continue to fry

  3. add tomatoes

  4. add mince and garlic, season to taste and cook till soy mince done...
