20 oz Chicken Stock
3 1/2 oz Yellow Hothouse Bell Pepper
4 oz Carrots
4 3/4 oz Turnips
7 3/4 oz Squash, Summer, Zucchini, Includes Skin

Recipe Directions for Veggy Blender Soup 1

Put all ingredients into a blender and blend for 4-5 minutes, then put on the stove on low and let the flavors develop. It keeps the vitamins if you keep the temp below 118 degrees.
