Mixed veggies with beans of choice. Easy to prepare, easy to digest.

Recipe Ingredients for Veggiesoup with beans

1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
1 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) Potatoes, Boiled
2 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) Celery
2 medium Carrots
0.5 cup, chopped Broccoli
0.5 cup Cauliflower
0.5 cup, chopped Cabbage
1 cup Beans, Kidney, All Types, Mature Seeds, Canned
2 tbsp Oil Olive Extra Virgin
2 serving yeast flakes
0.5 cup, chopped Peppers, Sweet, Red

Recipe Directions for Veggiesoup with beans

Heat olive oil, add onions, carrots, potatoes, brown lightly. Add the rest of the veggies and beans and add 2 liter of water. Cool til soft but not overcooked. Top with yeast flakes in serving bowl, enjoy.
