1/2 cup zucchini
1/2 cup yellow squash
1/2 cup broccoli
3/4 cup green beans
1 1/2 cup bean sprouts
1 1/2 tbs soy sauce
1 tbs canola oil
3/4 cup wild rice

  2. put veggies and rice in pan with oil and wild rice

  3. stir
