Chow Mein like dish for serving over rice.

Recipe Ingredients for Veggies for Rice

4 cups celery,chopped
1 onion,sliced
14 oz bean sprouts,canned
8 oz bamboo shoots, canned
1 cup chicken broth,99% fat free
2 tbls soy sauce
2 tbls corn starch
1 tsp Splenda
1 tbls oil,vegetable

Recipe Directions for Veggies for Rice

  1. Saute onions in oil, until soft.

  2. Add celery, bamboo shoots and bean sprouts, let simmer about 2 mins.

  3. Add chicken broth, simmer addtional 2 mins.

  4. Stir in mixture of soy sauce,corn starch and splenda.

  5. Serve over rice, chinese noodles or whatever.
