Recipe Ingredients for Veggies w/ Rice and Beef

2 portion ( yield from 1/2 lb raw meat ) Beef, Ground, 80% Lean Meat / 20% Fat, Crumbles
1/2 cup White Rice
1.5 cup Corn, Sweet, Yellow
4.5 cup Lima Beans, Immature Seeds
1.5 cup Broccoli
1.5 cup Peas, Green
1.5 cup Fresh Frozen Cut Green Beans

Recipe Directions for Veggies w/ Rice and Beef

  1. Brown ground beef and remove as much fat as possible.

  2. Cook all other ingredients as per package instructions.

  3. Mix together.

  4. Separte into 4 x 3 cup servings.
