16 oz Celery
15 oz Parsnips
10 oz Yam

Recipe Directions for Veggies and mushrooms

  1. wash and peel as needed

  2. cut into bite size pieces

  3. season to taste

  4. toss with oil and broth

  5. roast in a covered pan for 1 hour at 325' F
