Recipe Ingredients for Veggies Eggplant fried in Olive Oil [1/2 Globe]

240 grams eggplant, raw
3 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
3 tbsp Whole Wheat Flour
2 tbsp Italian Seasoning
2 tsp black pepper
2 tsp garlic salt
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 tbsp dehydrated onion
1 tbsp chicken bouillon

Recipe Directions for Veggies Eggplant fried in Olive Oil [1/2 Globe]

  1. Slice Eggplant into 1/8" slices

  2. Combine all dry ingredients in bowl

  3. Dip each slice of eggplant in olive oil, then dip in flour seasoning

  4. Bake on oiled cookie sheet about 20 minutes or until golden brown.
