Orange-Soy-Sesame stir fry with chicken and vegetables

Recipe Ingredients for Veggies w/ chicken in Orange-Soy-Sesame sauce

1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup orange juice
4 tablespoons sesame oil
1/2 tablespoon of honey
2 cloves of chopped garlic
1 bunch of broccoli
1 red pepper
2 medium carrots
1 large onion
16 oz sliced mushrooms
2 sliced zucchini
8 oz chicken

Recipe Directions for Veggies w/ chicken in Orange-Soy-Sesame sauce

  1. (Note: chicken should be cooked before hand.)

  2. Add 1st 4 ingredients together, heat and stir in arrowroot until thickened.

  3. Meanwhile, stir fry veggies in 1 tablespoon sesame oil.

  4. Pour sauce over stir fried veggies and chicken.
