2 large Egg, Whole
1 package (10 oz) yields Spinach
1 cup Peas Chick
4 tbsp Crumbled Goat's Milk Feta Cheese
2 tbsp Turmeric, Ground
20 g Shitake Dried Mushrooms
1 large Onions

Recipe Directions for veggies in a bun

cook vegetables, mix flour and egg to create outer shell, wrap vegetables and cheese in shell, and bake for 15 minutes in oven at 350F
