Recipe Ingredients for VeggieMeatloaf

400 grams beef
2 cups spinach
2 celery stalks
1/2 bell pepper
1/2 onion
8 T salsa
3 cloves garlic
1 T salt

Recipe Directions for VeggieMeatloaf

  1. Use food processor to chop all veggies

  2. Use food processor to grind meat

  3. Mix thoroughly

  4. Place in 8x8 pan

  5. Bake as you would meatloaf

  6. Add salsa to top after done
