Recipe Ingredients for Veggieful Chili

11 7/10 ounces Ground beef
1 cup onion
1 1/2 cup celery
1/4 cup jalapeno
3 garlic cloves
1 1/2 cups red pepper
2 cups zucchini
2 medium carrots
2 cups corn
28 ounces diced tomato
16 ounces tomato sauce
15 ounces water
15 1/2 ounces black beans
15 1/2 ounces great northern beans
15 1/2 ounces dark red kidney beans
15 1/2 ounces chili beans
1 tbsp. chili powder
1 tbsp. cumin

Recipe Directions for Veggieful Chili

  1. dice all veggies

  2. brown & drain ground beef

  3. drain and rinse all beans, except chili beans

  4. mix all together and simmer over low heat for 2-3 hours stirring frequently.
