250 grams Mexican Style Rice
110 grams Rice, Brown, Medium-grain, Cooked
85 grams Squash, Summer, Zucchini, Includes Skin
60 grams Spinach
15 grams Onions, Spring Or Scallions
25 grams Peppers, Sweet, Red
25 grams Peppers, Sweet, Green
0.33 tbsp Fajita Seasoning Mix
1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
1/2 tsp Onion Powder
1/2 tsp Paprika
1 1/2 serving Lite Mixture Salt

Recipe Directions for Veggied-Up Fiesta Rice

  1. Chop veggies as desired & sautee over medium heat.

  2. Add spices & seasoning.

  3. Add cooked brown & fiesta rice.

  4. Stir until combined.

  5. Serve on a bed of lettuce with fish or chicken.
