8 oz Mozzarella, Whole Milk Cheese
8 oz Mozzarella, Part Skim Milk Cheese
1/5 cup Olive Oil
3 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
4 tbsp Vegetable Oil, Canola
