Vegetarian lettuce wraps with yummy veggie bacon!

Recipe Ingredients for Veggie Wraps

2 cups romaine lettuce, 4 whole leafs washed
1/4 cup orange bell pepper, diced/cubed
1/4 cup cucumber, diced/cubed
4 small mushrooms, sliced
1 medium tomatoe, diced/cubed
3 strips morningstar bacon
2 tbsp ranch dressing

Recipe Directions for Veggie Wraps

  1. cook bacon

  2. prepare vegatables

  3. mix veggies with ranch in bowl

  4. lay veggies onto lettuce peices

  5. crumble bacon on top

  6. enjoy
