sauteed veggies and beans wrapped in a warm tortilla. Top with raw tomato and avocado and cholula sauce.

Recipe Ingredients for veggie wraps

12 ounces cannellini beans, rinsed
6 flour tortillas
1 1/2 cup chopped broccoli
1 1/2 cup chopped summer squash
1 onion, diced
2 T olive oil
1 clove garlic, chopped
3 tomatoes, sliced
2 avocados, sliced

Recipe Directions for veggie wraps

  1. Saute onion and garlic in oil until soft.

  2. Add squash and broccoli, saute until done.

  3. Spoon 1 cup of mixture into a tortilla, top with tomato and avocado.
