Spicy spread or dip chocked full of protein, fiber and vitamins. Can be used to spread on a wrap or as a veggie dip.

Recipe Ingredients for Veggie Wrap Spread/Dip

3 oz kitchen basics low sodium vegetable broth
8 oz Pinto Beans
8 oz Chick Peas
1/4 pepper Peppers, Jalapeno
6 oz Fat Free Cream Cheese
3 cups Baby Spinach
2 clove Garlic
0.53 oz Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for Veggie Wrap Spread/Dip

  1. Add vegetable broth, jalapeno, cream cheese and garlic to blender and mix thoroughly.

  2. Add Spinach and blend thoroughly.

  3. Add beans a handful at a time and again blend thoroughly until you have them all in. Season to taste. You can change the cream cheese for a lower sodium brand if you can find one and that will lower the sodium count for the recipe.
