149 grams Peppers, Sweet, Red
2 clove Garlic
225 grams Portobello Mushrooms
75 grams Goat's Milk Feta Cheese in Brine
1 serving Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for veggie wrap

saute onions in olive oil, when soft, turn up heat and add sliced portobello mushrooms, whn soft, add red pepper and garilc. stir fry for 5 mns, add goat cheese and cook through 2 min. serve on choice of bread, toritilla etc
