A yummy, easily customizable veggie wrap my husband came up with.

Recipe Ingredients for Veggie Wrap

1 tortilla Ezekiel 4:9 Sprouted Grain Tortillas
1 tblsp Pesto Sauce
1 serving TJ's Mediterranean Hummus
2 cups Organic Spring Mix
0.5 tomato Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
0.25 cup slices Cucumber
0.25 medium Green Bell Pepper
0.75 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms
1 NLEA serving Carrots, Baby
4 tbsp Parmesan, Grated Cheese
9 olives Kalamata Whole Olives

Recipe Directions for Veggie Wrap

  1. cut all produce

  2. spread pesto and hummus on tortilla

  3. add veggies

  4. wrap up as well as you can and enjoy

  5. may either eat the olives separately or on your wrap
