DELICIOUS! Veggie Wrap - Fiber content is based on using Flatout Spinach or Sundried Tomato Flavored Wrap

Recipe Ingredients for Veggie Wrap

1/2 small yellow squash, cut into strips
1/2 small zucchini, cut into strips
1/4 avocado, cut into strips
1 c spinach leaves
1/4 cucumber, cut into strips
1/4 c roasted red pepper strips
2 T roasted garlic hummus
1 9/10 oz light sundried tomato, or Spinach flavored Flatout Brand
1 T fresh cilantro, chopped

Recipe Directions for Veggie Wrap

Spread hummus on Wrap, Fill with veggies and sprinkle with cilantro. Wrap up, cut in half on a diagonal & ENJOY!
