Recipe Ingredients for Veggie Wrap

10 oz. Spinach, coarsely chopped
8 oz. Light cream cheese
2 tbsps prepared horseradish
1/4 cups diced tomatoes
6 tortillas

Recipe Directions for Veggie Wrap

  1. Mix together spinach, cream cheese, horseradish, tomatoes, and dash of salt and pepper in a large bowl.

  2. Spread the mixture on six tortillas.

  3. Roll each tortilla tightly.

  4. Cut each roll into 3 or 4 slices.
