1 tbsp chopped Onions
0.5 tbsp Salad Dressing, Home Recipe, Vinegar And Oil
1 tbsp Hummus

Recipe Directions for Veggie Wrap with Goat Cheese and Hummus

  1. microwave tortilla for 15-20 seconds

  2. spread hummus across tortilla in a thin layer

  3. place spinach, onion, tomato and goat cheese (optional) over tortilla
