Baguette sandwich with turkey and vegetable filling

Recipe Ingredients for Veggie and turkey sandwich

1/4 green bell pepper, sliced
1/4 yellow bell pepper, sliced
1 mushroom, sliced
1/6 onion, sliced
1/2 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp balsamic vinegar
1 salt and pepper
1 tsp olive oil for frying
50 g baguette, no sour dough
1 tsp light mayonnaise
1 tbs light cream cheese
1/2 tsp pesto
2 slices of turkey breast, smoked

Recipe Directions for Veggie and turkey sandwich

  1. Lightly fry veggies,add salt and pepper, then add a little water to finish cooking vegetables

  2. remove sour dough form baguette

  3. apply condiments and light cream cheese on one of the halves of the bread

  4. put the turkey slices on the other half, add the veggies and the balsamic vinegar

  5. serve
