Recipe Ingredients for Veggie Turkey Meatloaf

1 large Onions
1 potato medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia) Potatoes, White, Flesh And Skin
1 large (7-1/4" to 8-1/2" long) Carrots
32 oz Fresh Ground Turkey
5 slice Bread, Whole-wheat, Commercially Prepared
1 large Egg, Whole
1 tsp Salt, Table
1 cup Spinach

Recipe Directions for Veggie Turkey Meatloaf

Blend all together in food processor. May add garlic, spices to taste. Bake in large loaf form at 425F for 1 hour
