Recipe Ingredients for veggie topping

1 medium Squash, Summer, Zucchini, Includes Skin
1 medium raw Bell Pepper Red
1 cup, chopped or sliced Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
2 serving Bean Sprouts
1 1tsp Oil, Sesame

Recipe Directions for veggie topping

  1. chop all ingredients except bean sprouts

  2. heat a non stick pan

  3. add mushrooms

  4. cook until they start to stick to pan

  5. add oil, zucchini and pepper

  6. cook until softened

  7. add tomatoes and bean sprouts

  8. cook until tomatoes are slightly wilted and sprouts are warmed through but still crunchy
