Recipe Ingredients for Veggie Tomato Bake

1/2 cup Pasta Sauce
2 large raw Zucchini
2 medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2-1/2" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Green
20 medium White Button Mushrooms Packaged
3/5 onion Yellow Onion
1 1/2 tbsp Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for Veggie Tomato Bake

heat oil in pan. Slice all veggies thin. once oil is hot add all veggies and simmer until soft on medium to medium low heat. Add bottle of pasta sauce and cook on low for about 10 minutes. Serve as is or over chicken or pasta!
