Recipe Ingredients for veggie and tofu pizza

1/2 pita bread
2 tblsp marinara sauce
1/4 cup fat free mozzarella cheese
1/5 cup green peppers
8 slices tomatoes
1/5 cup broccoli
1 tblsp parmesan
1/4 cup firm tofu

Recipe Directions for veggie and tofu pizza

  1. slice tofu into cubes and slice green peppers and broccoli into small pieces

  2. put all ingredients on the pita bread

  3. put in oven at 400 degrees for about 15 minutes, or use a toaster oven or pizza oven
