Vegetarian Stir Fry with Tempeh. Very hearty

Recipe Ingredients for Veggie Tempeh Stir Fry (8/11)

1 medium raw Bell Pepper Green
1 pepper Peppers, Jalapeno
8 oz Organic Tempeh - Garden Veggie
1 tomato Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
0.5 medium raw Onion Yellow
2 clove Garlic
1 tsp Ginger Root
1.3 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms
0.25 cup, chopped Kale
1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 tbsp Pepper, Red Or Cayenne

Recipe Directions for Veggie Tempeh Stir Fry (8/11)

  1. Add Chopped onion and pressed garlic to pan with olive oil over medium heat. Cook for several minutes until onion is translucent.

  2. Add mushrooms. Cook until mushrooms have released all of their water.

  3. Add Kale. Add water as necessary and cook kale, until kale is wilted.

  4. Add ginger and jalapeno pepper, cook for a minute.

  5. Add cayenne pepper to taste and mix through

  6. Toss tomatoes through.

  7. Remove from heat
