Recipe Ingredients for Veggie Taco's

2 cup Meal Starters Grillers Recipe Crumbles
2 stalks celery
1 Carrots
2 potatoes
1 onion
1 green pepper
2 tablespoon Old El Paso Seasoning Mix Taco
8 oz fat free cheddar cheese
1/2 cup fat free sour cream
8 corn tortillas

Recipe Directions for Veggie Taco's

Dice all vegetables into 1/2 in cubes. Use cooking spray in non stick pan and sautee all vegetables until begining to brown. Add Crumbles to pan and continue to sautee until almost done. Add taco seasoning and 1/2 cup water and cook until done. Divide filling among tortillas top with sour cream and cheese and serve.
