Recipe Ingredients for Veggie Taco stuffing

1 clove Garlic
165 grams Onions
20 grams Peppers, Hot Chili, Green
1 lime yields Lime Juice
8 oz Veggie Protein
1 serving, raw Cilantro
3 tsp Spicy Taco Seasoning Mix
0.5 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
0.25 medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2-1/2" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Red

Recipe Directions for Veggie Taco stuffing

  1. Mince garlic and chili.

  2. Dice onion and red pepper.

  3. Sautée with spices till tender.

  4. Brown veggie meat.

  5. Add lime juice and cilantro.

  6. Cook until juice is evaporated.
