Very good soup! Quick and easy to prepare. Can add ground beef to recipe, or make all vegetarian.

Recipe Ingredients for Veggie Taco Soup

32 ounces black beans
16 ounces stewed tomatoes
16 ounces tomatoes, diced
16 ounces corn
4 ounces chili peppers
16 ounces ground beef, lean
3 tbls chili powder
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder

Recipe Directions for Veggie Taco Soup

  1. Brown ground beef if using beef in recipe.

  2. Combine all ingredients in large pot or slow cooker.

  3. Cook till heated thru, or on low in slow cooker for 4-5 hours.
