Simple to make relatively healthy omlet

Recipe Ingredients for Veggie & Swiss Egg White Omlette

2 large Egg White
1 serving Natural Slice Swiss
59 2/5 grams Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
0.33 cup, chopped Peppers, Sweet, Green
1 1/2 tbsp chopped Onions

Recipe Directions for Veggie & Swiss Egg White Omlette

  1. Chop veggies to size of your choice, and add to medium heat skillet.

  2. Beat Eggs and add to seperate preheated no stick skillet. Cook until eggs are nearly cooked thru and bubbling up. Cover and remove from heat (this will finish the top side of the eggs cooking.

  3. Once egs are cooked add swis cheese and veggies. Cover again and return to heat (approx 1 min). This will melt the cheese and release the egg from the pan so it won't stick. Serve and enjoy.
