Recipe Ingredients for Veggie Sushi

0.25 cup, strips or slices Carrots
0.5 cup, sliced Avocados
0.25 slice Cucumber, Peeled
1.5 cup Sushi, Rice only, cooked
1 sheet Nori

Recipe Directions for Veggie Sushi

  1. Julienne carrot and cucumber.

  2. slice avocado lengthwise into 16 slices.

  3. Apply rice to nori and place ingredients inside.

  4. Roll up, cut and eat!
