Brocolli/Cauliflower Cheese Side Dish

Recipe Ingredients for Veggie Supreme

2 c brocolli
2 c cauliflower
2 eggs
1/2 c mayo
1 onion chopped
1 can mushroom soup
1 c shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 c melted butter
1 c bread crumbs

Recipe Directions for Veggie Supreme

  1. Bake 350 40 minutes

  2. Pre boil or microwave vegetables for 5 min/ Drain

  3. Place in greased 11x17 casserole dish

  4. Beat eggs, combine with mayo, onion and soup and 1/2 cheese

  5. Pour evenly over vegetables.

  6. Sprinkle remaining cheese over top and level with spoon.

  7. Pour melted butter over top and then bread crumbs
