Veggie filling base to stuff eggplant, zucchinni, mushrooms, peppers ect. Add bread crumbs to be more satisfying. Can be uased in many veggie recipes

71 g g) Original Burgers
2 small yellow zucchini
1 serving fresh salsa
1/4 cup mozzarella cheese

Recipe Directions for Veggie stuffing

crumble bocca and cook with chopped zucchini and salsa may need to add water if to thick. Cook till veggies are desired tenderness then add cheese remove from heat.
