Recipe Ingredients for Veggie Stuffed Cabbage

2 cabbage leaf
4 oz Broccoli Slaw
1 tbsp Onion, diced
1 tbsp Green Pepper, diced
1 Mushroom
1 oz Tofu

Recipe Directions for Veggie Stuffed Cabbage

Boil Cabbage, remove leaves as they soften, cool. blend broccoli slaw, mushroom, onion, pepper and tofu in bowl. place about1/2 cup of mixture on cabbage leaf, roll put in pan. Bake 325 for about 30 minutes or till desired doneness.
