Veggie stir fry good on rice/noodles

Recipe Ingredients for Veggie stir fry

1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
0.5 medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2-1/2" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Red
1 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) Celery
0.5 pepper, large (3-3/4" long, 3" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Yellow
2 slice Squash, Summer, Zucchini, Includes Skin
6 floweret Cauliflower
1 cup, chopped or diced Broccoli
1 carrot (7-1/2") Carrots
0.5 medium Orange Hothouse Bell Pepper
1 clove Garlic
0.75 cup, chopped Cabbage, Red
1 serving Knorr Vegetable stock (1/2 tsp)
0.25 cup (8 fl oz) Water
0.2 tbsp Corn Starch
1 1tsp Vegetable Oil, Canola

Recipe Directions for Veggie stir fry

Heat oil in large frying pan or wok. Add chopped garlic, add all veggies cut up in large chunks. stir fry on high heat for a couple of minutes. when the veggies have a few grill marks put in the water/veggie stock/corn starch mix and toss in with veggies. put on a lid, turn heat down and steam for about 5 minutes. makes 3 portions.
